We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas where courier services are available.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel.

7. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts:

  • The package may be returned to us.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and photos of the package/items.
